Redeeming €1000 vouchers
Last year we issued €1000 vouchers (valid until 2027) to customers who did not receive their bikes under the previous VanMoof ownership.
These vouchers are redeemable only on the VanMoof website and cannot be used at partner stores. This is due to a manual verification to confirm no bike or refund has been previously issued.
