Update regarding Leasing Partnerships

Since our restart under new, financially strong, and stable management, we have been operating for three years on a highly reliable platform. With parts readily available and a comprehensive 3-year warranty on our latest models (such as the S6), we are building the future of urban e-mobility together with you.

We would like to update you on the current status of our leasing partnerships across Europe and share how you can maximise retail demand in your showroom.

The current status: 

You may have noticed that VanMoof is currently not visible in the digital portals of B2Bike (BE), or, BusinessBike (DE) and Lease-a-bike (NL) While we are in intensive, ongoing discussions with most of these providers behind the scenes, they have chosen not to include our brand at this moment.

However, this should not stand in the way of a sale. In every market, we officially partner with strong, independent leasing companies that fully support a rider's freedom of choice.

Here is the current operational overview per country to guide your customers:

The Netherlands

For the Dutch market, we officially partner with:

  • Fietslease Holland: The go-to partner for operational lease (ZZP/freelancers) and Private Lease.
  • Hellorider: A digital, flexible platform utilizing employer PIN activation.
  • FiscFree: The premier provider for tax-friendly leasing/purchasing via the Workkostenregeling (WKR).
  • Arval Lease: Premium "My Lease Bike" program for large corporate clients.
  • Cyclis Lease: Active and highly experienced across both NL and BE.

Germany

In Germany, we officially partner with the following top providers, ensuring a seamless setup for every company size:

  • Bikeleasing.de: Offers lightning-fast digital processing with premium all-around protection and insurance for company bikes.
  • Deutsche Dienstrad: A modern, fully digitalized platform that radically simplifies the entire leasing process for both companies and employees.
  • Mein Dienstrad: Focuses on tailored leasing solutions and excellent, personalized service for companies of all sizes.
  • Linexo: Prioritizes absolute peace of mind by covering your battery, electronics, and bike against theft and wear-and-tear, backed by 24/7 roadside assistance.
  • Eurorad: Focuses on premium fleet management, enabling smooth workplace integration and total flexibility for both commuter and private rides.
  • Kazenmaier: A highly experienced, independent mobility specialist known for personalized B2B client service and smooth, tax-optimized leasing handling.

Important Update on JobRad: We are not yet integrated with JobRad. However, we are working intensely behind the scenes to establish this connection as soon as possible.

Belgium

Customers can seamlessly lease a VanMoof through:

  • Cyclis: Pioneers in bike leasing with flexible contracts.
  • O2O: A highly popular, fully digital platform.
  • Joule: A full-service mobility partner focusing on hassle-free corporate fleets.

United Kingdom

In the UK, we support the largest and most widely used cycle-to-work options, offering seamless tax-free leasing solutions for employees:

  • Cyclescheme (via Dealers): The UK's most popular cycle-to-work provider. It is fully operational, allowing you to seamlessly process your VanMoof lease via our participating local dealer network.

Important Update on GCI: We are currently in the final stages of connecting with the Green Commute Initiative to activate this automated digital option for you very soon.

How to Help the Customer in Your Store (3-Step Plan)

If a customer wants to lease a VanMoof but their employer uses a platform that doesn't currently support us, leverage the power of independent alternatives. Many employers are highly receptive to activating an additional, free platform to give their staff genuine freedom of choice.

  1. Advise the HR Conversation: Tell the customer to ask HR if they can add one of our active partners (like Cyclis, O2O, Hellorider, FiscFree, or Bikeleasing).

  2. Generate a Quote Instantly: Provide the customer with an official, detailed dealer quote for their chosen VanMoof model and accessories.

  3. Hand over the Toolkit: Give the customer their quote along with the country-specific HR email template below so they can easily reach out to their HR department.

Mijn vraag is of het mogelijk is om een van deze partijen als extra optie aan te bieden? Dit is voor ons bedrijf doorgaans volledig kosteloos en geeft medewerkers meer vrijheid in hun keuze.

Andere namhafte und etablierte Leasinganbieter auf dem deutschen Markt , wie Bikeleasing.de, Deutsche Dienstrad oder Mein Dienstrad oder Eurorad arbeiten offiziell mit VanMoof zusammen und ermöglichen den Mitarbeitern die freie Markenwahl.

Meine Frage: Wäre es möglich, einen dieser unabhängigen Anbieter als zusätzliche Option für uns Mitarbeiter freizuschalten? Die Einbindung eines weiteren Portals ist für unser Unternehmen in der Regel komplett kostenlos und bietet dem Team deutlich mehr Flexibilität bei der Wahl des passenden Dienstrads.

I noticed that our current platform does not directly feature them, however, VanMoof is fully integrated with Cyclescheme via their participating dealer network.

Could you please let me know if we can process a quote through Cyclescheme, or if there is flexibility to use this platform alongside our current setup? Adding independent providers is usually entirely cost-free for the business and gives employees much better freedom of choice.

I have already obtained an official dealer quote and would love to know how we can proceed.
