S6 update: Fixie launch, and sales support essentials

Fixie for S6 is live

You are now able to use Fixie for the S6 and put the S6 in Repair Mode. Please make sure both Fixie and the VanMoof app of your customer are updated to the latest versions. We'll add more Fixie features for the S6 in the coming weeks.

Please find the Fixie release notes here.

How to recognise if a S6 is customer ready

Want to be sure the S6 you received is customer ready? Please check if the shipping box has a "VanMoof QC Checked" sticker on it. If so, the bike is ready to be delivered to your customer. If the shipping box is missing the QC sticker, please add the extension cables, update via the Updater Tool and swap the charger as per earlier instructions. Please reach out to your Account Manager if you have any questions on these final steps.

Good to know: the recent S6 deliveries should have already been updated by VanMoof.
