S6 Delivery Update (EU)
In recent months, demand for the VanMoof S6 has exceeded even our highest expectations. Since launch, momentum has continued to build and be accelerated by the success of the Up-Trade programme and customer reviews. As a result, sales have significantly outperformed our production planning.
This success does come with a short-term impact: delivery timelines are currently extended for some models. We are working closely with our suppliers to increase production capacity and bring delivery schedules back on track. Our goal is to have all models and colours back in stock and shipping as normal by mid-june. In the meantime, we will continue accepting pre-orders.
For Partners, there are a few important things to note:

Please do not sell showroom or test bikes during this time

To maintain customer momentum, backorders must be created for new bikes.

Create backorders one at a time. Orders are only shipped once all items are in stock. If one model is delayed, the entire order waits, which can lead to longer delivery times.

It is not possible to cancel backorders and why we recommend a €150,- down payment scheme.
- You can find the expected shipping date in bike orders placed after April 14.
ETA updates on model and colour availability will be shared in the Partner Hub when available. This will help give customers the most accurate delivery expectations.
